Professor Feng Guanping, doctoral supervisor, former Director of the Office of Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, former Assistant to the President of Tsinghua University, founding Dean of the Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (formerly the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen), recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, and a pioneer of the graphene industry. He is currently the Founder and Chairman of Shenzhen Graphene New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Inwarm).
Throughout his career, Professor Feng has received 5 national-level awards, 14 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological achievements, and one Geneva International Invention Award. He has published over 100 papers and holds 22 national patents. Under his leadership, the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen has nurtured more than 1,000 high-tech enterprises, of which over 100 were personally founded by him, and more than 20 have successfully gone public. As a result, he is regarded as a representative figure of the "Tsinghua Southern Circle."
