Biography
Professor Lu Hongbin, Second-Class Professor at Fudan University, member of the Academic Committee of the Innovation Institute for Intelligent Materials and Future Energy, specially appointed expert at the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and adjunct professor at the Yiwu Research Institute of Fudan University. He has been engaged in research on the structure, preparation, and functionality of polymers and graphene composites for many years. He has made a series of contributions in areas including aqueous-phase exfoliation preparation of graphene, rapid and efficient preparation of graphene oxide with controllable sheet size, environmentally friendly preparation technologies for three-dimensional graphene structures, and integrated technology development for graphene functional composites. The interfacial phonon leakage suppression strategy he proposed has opened up new approaches for developing high-thermal-conductivity interface materials with high resilience, low thermal resistance, and long service life. He has published over 100 papers in journals including *Nature Communications*, and has been granted approximately 60 Chinese and U.S. patents, 19 of which have been transferred to enterprises. In 2004, he received the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, in 2003 and 2010 he twice received the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from Sinopec, and in 2021 he received the China Industry-University-Research Collaboration Promotion Award.
