Professor Hou Shifeng, Ph.D., Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shandong Agricultural University. He is a "National Overseas Distinguished Expert" appointed by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, an Advanced Individual among Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Relatives, a Taishan Industrial Leadership Talent, a Think Tank Expert of Shandong Province, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and Chairman of Shandong Liteng Nanotechnology Co., Ltd.
His research primarily focuses on the preparation of carbon nanomaterials and their application development in the fields of environment, energy, and new materials. He has successively led a number of national and provincial-level major projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and major special projects of Shandong Province. He has published over 100 papers and guided his team in filing more than 150 patents. He has repeatedly received the Graphene Industry Outstanding Individual Award and has led his team to achieve the industrial-scale production of graphene.
