Wang Xueze, born in 1968, holds a master's degree and is a Professor-level Senior Engineer. He previously served as a factory director at Orient Tantalum Industry. He is currently the Chief Engineer and Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningbo Jiangfeng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., concurrently a director of Hefei Jiangfeng and Tongchuang Electromechanical, and has been appointed Dean of the School of Integrated Circuit Materials and Processes for Excellent Engineers at Ningbo University. He is one of the few semiconductor target material experts in China, having been engaged in the research, development, and industrialization of ultra-high-purity metal materials and sputtering targets for more than 30 years. He has presided over 5 projects of the National Science and Technology Major Project "02" and participated in leading 2 projects of the National "863" Program, and assisted in leading 5 national-level industrialization projects, achieving breakthroughs in key technologies for manufacturing semiconductor sputtering targets. The aluminum, titanium, copper, tantalum, and other multi-series sputtering target products he mainly developed have been applied at the most advanced technology nodes of world-class enterprises such as TSMC and SMIC, and the global market share of the ultra-high-purity metal materials he led exceeds 40%. He holds more than 250 authorized invention patents, has presided over or participated in the drafting of 18 national and industry standards, and has published 10 articles and reports. As the third contributor, he received the Second Prize of the National Technological Invention Award in 2020. He has also received the First Prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Technological Invention Award, the First Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, the Ningxia Science and Technology Progress Award, the Zhejiang Provincial Patent Gold Award, the Zhejiang Provincial Standard Innovation Contribution Award, and the title of "National Strategic Innovative Product," among others. He has been selected for the Zhejiang Provincial "Ten Thousand Talents Program" and the second tier of the Zhejiang Provincial "151 Talent Project," and has received titles including the 2022 Zhejiang Provincial Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions and the Ningbo Municipal Expert with Outstanding Contributions. The Party Committee of Jiangfeng Electronics, which he leads, was awarded the title of "National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" in July 2026. He will deliver a plenary lecture at this conference.
